Step One: Due Diligence

We will help you through the entire due diligent process, from executing a Letters of Intent, Option Agreements, or Purchase Contracts, we will help you tie up the property. Once the land is tied up we will begin to work on developing a site plan and project proforma.
Step two: Master Planning & Programming
As soon as you bring Vision Makers on board, we will help establish a clear plan for your vision, including a budget that meets your expectations and a schedule that doesn’t disrupt your progress. We start by evaluating the market, from real estate assessments and feasibility studies, to growth projects and budget forecasting, then we identify the best course of action to achieve your project’s goals as well as work on executing a development agreement solidifying the entitlements for your project.
Step Three: Concept Planning & Brand identity
To develop a brand, it’s important to create a clear and concise strategy that taps into human emotion. Vision Makers develops key concepts and business objectives, we engage specific communications tools and bring your vision to life. We specialize in all aspects of brand identity that is thoughtful, uniquely-crafted and emotionally-charged, including naming, logos, websites, tag lines, and merchandise. Our goal is create a visual identity that captures visitors’ attention and promotes engaging experiences.
Step Four: Team Assembly
Each project is only as good as it’s design and construction team. No matter how brillant a project is on paper it is nothing without a team to execute and deliver it on time and on budget. Let us help you assemble the right team for your project. From bidding, negotiating and awarding we are here to make sure you have an A-team.
Step Five: Administration
Administer the preparation of plans, specifications, construction documents, and shop drawings for your project while consulting with the client and the general contractor with respect to Project design and development.
Step Six: Project Financing
Let us recommend potential lenders and/or private equity partners for your project. Our team is capable of assisting through the entire financing process from lender selection to closing and funding.
