Project Summary:
Phase I: Vision Makers was originally hired to evaluate a real estate purchase that completed construction documents and to give feedback on whether or not the project was constructible. After careful review, Vision Makers recommended to the client that the design was lacking operational efficiencies and that a new design would be better for a long term operational hold. Vision Makers is currently working with the design team and Marriott to gain client approval on a new design.
Phase II:
Project Scope:
Vision Makers has been retained to manage the entire development process including project permitting, funding, construction and design team management.
The project is scheduled to be completed on January 31, 2022.

Nova Southeastern University, Clearwater Fl

Construction Cost: $82 mm | Vision Completed: July 2019

Project Summary:
Vision Makers was hired in July 2017 to provide a full scope of service from acquisition to final turnover for the 330,000 square foot medical college that is home to Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine & Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences.
With an extremely tight construction timeline, Vision Makers was tasked to ensure that the project was complete by July 2019; for its’ final COCA accreditation walk. The college received its’ COCA accreditation on July 11, 2019 and welcomed its’ first students on July 25, 2019.
Project Scope:
Vision Makers provided the client with site planning, permitting, design, project management while acting as the lead liaison between the Owner and city officials, banking lenders, as well as the college’s head dignitaries.
The project was completed on time and budget and received its’ Certificate of Occupancy in July 2019.

Wyndham Grand Resort, Clearwater Beach, Fl

Construction Cost: $180 mm | Vision Completed: January 2017

The Wyndham Grand Resort on Clearwater Beach is a 450 room luxury resort located on America’s number one beach. Vision Makers was hired to act on behalf of the owner by providing a complete turn-key services including securing project financing, negotiating flag management contract, design and construction management, FF&E/OS&E procurement, punch list and warranty services. The project broke ground in 2015 and was completed on time and budget on January, 17 2017.

SIGNATURE PLACE CONDOMINIUMS, ST. PETERSBURG, Fl

Construction Cost: $225 mm | Vision Completed: March 2009

Signature Place, located on St. Peterburg’s downtown waterfront comprises 620,000 net square feet with 244 condominiums, 100,000 square feet of office and retail space all encompassed in a unique “sail-like” shape to afford all residents clear views of St. Peterburg’s waterfront.

The project commenced on October of 2006 and was completed on time and under budget in March 2009. The building was awarded in 2012 as the building of the year by the American Association of Architects.
