Nova Southeastern University, Clearwater Florida - Active Project
Vision Makers was hired in July 2017 to provide a full scope of service from acquisition to final turnover for the 330,000 square foot medical college. The college is scheduled for completion in July 2019. Vision Makers provided the client with site planning, permitting, design, project management and will act as the lead liason between the Owner of the property and the college.
JW Marriott, Clearwater Beach Florida - Active Project (Design Phase)
Vision Makers was hired to evaluate completed construction documents and to give feedback on whether or not it was buildable. After careful review, Vision Makers recommended to the client that the design was lacking operational efficiencies and that a new design would be better for a long term operational hold. Vision Makers is currently working with the design team and Marriott to gain client approval on a new design.

Wyndham Grand Resort, Clearwater Beach Florida - Completed January 2017
The Wyndham Grand Resort on Clearwater Beach is a 450 room luxury resort located on America’s number one beach. Vision Makers was hired to act as the owner’s representative on the project which included complete turn-key services found on our services page. The project broke ground in 2015 and was completed on time and budget on January, 17 2017.
Badfins Food + Brew - Completed August 2017
Badfins Food + Brew is a fast casual restaurant located on Clearwater Beach. This project is owned and operated by the principles of Vision Makers. The Vision Maker team worked on all aspects of the brand including site selection, product branding, hiring and managing the design & construction teams, as well as menu development, day to day operations, etc.
